As a member of the UATP Travel Protection Plan, you have exclusive access to the following online service options:

Pay your invoice
If no change to your coverage is necessary, use our simple, secure online form to pay your invoice.

To upgrade your Insider’s Club or Executive Connection membership plan at the time of renewal (and your coverage has not yet lapsed), simply indicate the new plan as you complete the online invoice payment form.

To upgrade your Insider’s Club or Executive Connection membership plan during your current policy term, please call our office at 1-800-383-0049 or use our secure online Contact Us form. Midterm upgrades will take effect on the first day of the month following receipt of appropriate plan payment.

Change your name and/or address
Our quick online form allows you to update your name, mailing address, phone number, fax number or email.

Add or remove a dependent
Update your coverage by adding or removing a dependent at the time of renewal online.

To update your coverage by adding or removing a dependent during your current policy term, please call our office at 1-800-383-0049 or use our secure online Contact Us form.

Request a duplicate I.D. card
Once you’ve submitted your request, a duplicate I.D. card will be sent to you in 7 to 10 business days.

Initiate a claim
The above link will take you to the Travelclaim.com website, where you’ll be guided through the process of submitting a UATP Travel Protection Plan claim.
